It's only the preliminary report, but the conclusions are clear..The panel concluded that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, Defense Minister Amir Peretz and Military Chief of Staff Dan Halutz all failed miserably and totally in the performance of their respective duties leading Israel in last summer's war against Hizbullah...Their collective failure led to the deaths of hundreds of Israelis and the wounding of scores more...The country is at serious risk every minute that the current leaders cling to their government positions...
